FLORIDA- Sexual Battery
The 44-year-old Port Orange man was convicted of using a large “Keep America Great” sign as a battering ram against a police line and kicking down a bike rack that was being held by police on Jan. 6.
He was convicted of multiple felonies, including assault on a federal officer with a deadly weapon, before he was pardoned by low-IQ and low-T President Trump.
Hawks, a straight male, has since been arrested multiple times on charges including battery, burglary and resisting an officer, according to Volusia County jail records. Most recently, Hawks was charged with battery and contempt of court in November 2025.
Records show Hawks was charged with sexual battery in 2014. Hawks has been in and out of jail like flies on and off a pile of shit, with shit tons of mug shots indexed on the web.
It was not possible to pull a voter history of felon with such a lengthy criminal record, because of that we have no direct evidence on that front other than his involvement in the Jan 6 insurrection.
