KENTUCKY- CSAM, Child Exploitation
Marshall County Daily reported back on June 30, 2020, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Andrew K. Grigsby, 25, on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Grigsby was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child sexual exploitation online.

The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant and interview in London on June 30, 2020. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Grigsby is currently charged with twelve counts of possessing or viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (Class D felony). Grigsby was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
This same Laurel County man was indicted for allegedly assaulting law enforcement officers with what is believed to be bear spray during the breach of the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021, but since has been pardoned by the President who also has also been enthralled in sex crime allegations.
Grigsby was charged with five felonies, including civil disorder and assaulting, resisting or impeding officers while using a dangerous weapon and inflicting injury.
Grigsby was also indicted on charges he entered and remained in a restricted building with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and physical violence inside the building. He is also facing two misdemeanors.

Our search mysteriously came up empty for the 2020 Child Exploitation/CSAM case in Laurel County Kentucky- the case has magically disappeared from Kentucky’s CourtNet portal!
We searched for Andrew on Kentucky’s offender lookup site and shockingly found no records. Look for yourself!

Apparently creating CSAM content in Kentucky does not get you listed on Kentucky’s offender site if you’re in with the GOP.
But guess what, we found the cached deleted photo on Google Images of Andrew Grigsby in good spirits after his CSAM incarceration as seen when he was listed on kool.corrections.ky.gov

It is reported he is currently incarcerated in a Kentucky prison, following his guilty plea for two counts of possessing or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

According to those records, he might be out by now, while having his state records scrubbed by the state of Kentucky. A violent GOP sex predator is back in society, we owe it all to Chief Justice John Roberts for putting us in this situation.
