William Kenneth Kendall has been Third District Judge in Utah since his appointment in 2014. In April, 2025, he was indicted for providing an illegal substance (THC) and for forcible sexual assault.
This is alleged to occur at his home at a party after an event. He resigned after being informed he was likely to be impeached.

True justice is an impossibility in the USA where the judiciary is elected according to political ideology and affiliation. Here is the exact issue revealed in all its appalling and unprincipled corruption. The total lack of morals, ethics and integrity of so many of these elected members of the judiciary is staggering and destroys any confidence in the system felt by US citizens. Any case of sexual assault where the perpetrator/s were found not guilty before this disgraceful man must be retried.
