Joshua Dice was a teacher at Calvary Christian Academy as well as an employee of Calvary Baptist Church in Middleburg, Florida. He was arrested in June 2025, charged with using a computer to solicit a child for unlawful sexual contact, unlawful use of a two-way communication device and traveling to meet a minor for sex (rape.)
Within hours of his arrest, he was terminated at the school and the church. “He no longer has any affiliation with these ministries,” the statement said. “Our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our members and students. Calvary Baptist Church and Calvary Christian Academy maintain a strict policy of zero tolerance for abuse.”
Another teacher at Calvary Christian Academy was arrested for child rape and producing CSAM in 2022.
Dice is currently in the Clay County Jail. His bail is set at $225,000.
