1127: Ed Wonnacott
1126: Jeff Thomas

Jeff Thomas was the Republican District Attorney in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. He was found guilty of strangulation during sexual violence, criminal trespass, unlawful restraint, indecent assault (lack of consent), false imprisonment, and simple assault. He went to her house despite her negative response to his request to let him come over and to send dirty pictures. He showed up and she claims he sexually assaulted her, striking her and strangling her.
1125: Ryan Kissell

Ryan Kissell was a special education teacher and football coach at Nodaway Valley Community School District in Greenfield, Iowa. He lived in Creston, 22 miles south. He had also taught there and at two other schools in the area.
He was arrested August 16, 2023, and charged with 21 counts of second-degree sexual abuse, 24 counts of lascivious acts with a child, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The most recent alleged incident was July 5th.
1124: Joel Womochil

Joel Justice Womochil was the Chief of Police in Burns, Kansas until he resigned a few days before his arrest for possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. He was charged with thirteen felony counts. One of the videos was with a child under five, so young they had a pacifier. The investigation that led to his arrest was initiated by a tip from the National Center for Missing and Sexually Exploited Children.
1123: Daniel Waddington

Daniel Waddington is a former police officer and a former Department of Homeland Security employee. Until recently, he was a Utah Valley University adjunct professor of Criminal Justice. On August 3, 2023, he was arrested for attempted sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. He was filming a 13-year-old girl in the shower. She saw the phone and informed an adult. He, at first, said he just set the phone down while checking on a barking dog, then he said he was trying to record her singing – audio only.
