He is also the third largest investor in Truth Social, the infamously white-nationalist social media created to host a deplatformed Trump. He put in $6.2 million to give Trump a bullhorn and a claque. He has also been sued for sexual harassment by two women who worked at TMPL.
Jeffrey Thomas Singleton has a long history of work in law enforcement and public service jobs. Most recently, he was Port Richey, Florida’s sole code enforcement officer. Robert William Austin, a Florida Department of Corrections chaplain, was caught in an undercover sting. Police created several false identities on social media. Austin sent messages to one of those false identities thinking he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl. He sent her explicit pictures. The day “he was arrested he happened to tell the “girl” that he was going fishing. The police worked with Fish and Wildlife, found him where he was out fishing, and arrested him there.
Gregory Norton was a former youth pastor at Oak Hill Church: Church of the Nazarene and the Westside church located on Old Middleburg Road. He was arrested in September, 2023 and charged with sexual battery of a child he met through church and another person he met as a nurse at a children’s hospital. In October , 2023, when he was charged with ten additional counts of sexual battery of a child older than twelve and less than eighteen while he had custodial authority.
Andrew Lynn Overheul was the Clay County softball coach. He was arrested after he was caught filming his students. There was a party with parents and players. The players decided to have a sleepover. He said they could shower. He used a cell phone to film them. One of the girls saw a cellphone on the counter held in place by two objects. She saw it was recording. She found a recording of herself, deleted it, and called her parents. They came to pick her up. Overheul claimed it was charging. However, when Homeland Security showed up the next day and search they found more recordings and hundreds of nonconsensaul pictures of players. He was charged with six counts of producing Child Sexual Abuse Material. He reached a plea agreement, pleading guilty to two counts. He was sentenced to twenty years in prison.
Several years ago, before he became a state senator, he volunteered at the shelter. When Hurricane Irma was heading their way, he paid for a bus to evacuate survivors and went on the bus with them. He spoke to one of the survivors, talking about topless women, sex workers, and offering to fly her to Las Vegas. When the director heard of this, she banned him from the facility. As senator, he made several allegations against the shelter including trafficking, drug use, and a conflict of interest. These allegations proved to be false.
Antonio Capilupi was a high school teacher in Martin County, Florida. He solicited explicit pictures from one of the students at the high school since December 2022. Other students saw the pictures on SnapChat. He was arrested for using a computer to solicit a minor and possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
Kyle Nelson Robinson was the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Indialantic. He is a graduate of Liberty University, an reactionary Baptist University. He was arrested in July and charged with two counts of felony child molestation.
Jose Tirado was a Seminole County Deputy until they learned he was using his access to investigation information to warn people that were on their way to meet a police officer who pretended to be an underage girl online so they could avoid being caught soliciting a minor.
