Allen D. Kauffman was a Republican mayor of Collins, Missouri, and the pastor of Temple Lot Church when he was arrested for soliciting a thirteen-year-old girl who happened to be a police officer in an internet sting. Later he was charged with another crime, sexual misconduct with a child under fourteen.
