
Boris Epshteyn is a Republican Party political strategist who was an advisor for former President Trump’s campaign and continues to advise Trump post-presidency. In 2021, he was arrested for groping two women and was charged with battery and attempted sexual abuse.
In a plea deal, he pled guilty to disorderly conduct, the sexual assault charges were dropped. He received an adjudicated sentence of two years probation. After completing his probation, he is home free as there will be no record of his conviction as it has been set aside.
