Samuel Pimm is a Republican Party consultant. According to his Linked-In profile, he specializes in primaries targeting RINOs (mainstream Republicans.) On a flight to London, he was seated next to a woman whom he groped while he thought she was sleeping. She was trying to sleep using a sleep mask and felt him touching her arm and breast, then stroking her thigh. She pretended to wake up and got out of her seat. She asked the crew if she could change seats, explaining the situation. He was arrested upon arrival. He was also charged with obstruction because he washed his hands when the police arrested him, dipping his hand into his waterglass thirteen times. He was found guilty.
