Brian Eugene Hawkins is a San Jacinto city councilmember. On July 2, 2023, he was arrested for domestic violence. The caller reported he assaulted two children at his home. He was charged with felony assault.
He has run as a Republican for Congress against Rep. Raul Ruiz. In May 2023, he switched parties to Democratic to run for Congress again.
