Delegate Robert McKee represented western Maryland in the Maryland state legislature where he served from 1984 to 2008. Ironically, he sponsored legislation to protect minors from sexual predators. He also resigned from the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County where he worked for 29 years.
