Scott Soucek is a MAGA activist who campaigned for Trump saying he was voting for Trump because he would fight child trafficking. His wife was a Republican convention delegate and the chair of the Door County Republican Party.
On his Facebook feed, he wrote “I’m voting to fight against human/child trafficking.” That is strange since he had already caught downloading child sexual abuse material in 2009. For some reason, that case was never prosecuted.
In addition to pro-Trump messages and memes, Soucek has posted accusing Biden of groping children.
Soucek was arrested in March 2025 for possession of child sexual abuse imagery.

The Green Bay Press/Gazette reported on May 28, 2026 that Scott Soucek was sentenced to three years in prison and placed on lifetime supervision for possessing child pornography.
More than 300 images of child sexual abuse material were uploaded by Soucek’s IP address on March 12, 2025, including depictions of bestiality, according to the complaint.
The Sturgeon Bay police officer investigating Soucek in 2025 wrote that “it remains unclear as to why the 2009 case was not referred to the Door County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.” Ironically at the time Republican J. B. Van Hollen was Wisconsin’s Attorney General.
