Kyle Travis Colton is one of the January 6th insurrectionist. Although pardoned by President Trump, he was indicted in January 2024 for receiving child sexual abuse material and he goes on trial CSAM on July 15, 2025. Colton has filed a motion to dismiss claiming Trump’s pardon included these charges, too. They’ve also argued that since the FBI’s search warrant was in pursuit of investigating crimes for which he was pardoned, then all they found should be thrown out.
Federal investigators found over 2500 CSAM images and videos that Colton has not just downloaded, but which he searched for and viewed. The file below has the information. It’s gross.
