1383: Casey Medina

Casey R. Medina was hired by the Avon (New York) Police Department as a trainee but was arrested after just three days on the job. He was charged with attempted kidnapping, aiding and abetting, cyberstalking, and distribution, receipt, and possession of child sexual abuse imagery.

1356: Bobby Cheshire

Bobby Cheshire, former Republican County Commissioner in Angelina County, Texas, has been sentenced to eighty years in prison after being found guilty of five counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He was already in prison, serving a four-year sentence for familial violence.

1321: Patrick Stephen Miller

Abuse of Power or Authority, Child Molestation, Kidnapping, Stalking/Harassment

Patrick Stephen Miller was the Assistant Director of Children’s Ministry at Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 2016, he was arrested and charged with sexually abusing an elementary school student. In a negotiated plea, Miller pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor harassment charge. He received a suspended sentence and was not required to register as a sex offender.

1268: Dan Duffey

Stalking/Harassment

Daniel Edward Duffey has been a Republican political strategist for years. He was the political director for Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte’s 2020 campaign before being fired due to a sort-of road rage incident. He was working with Montana Policy Action, a c4 that seems to be electioneering more than the permissible “less than half.” They are a policy group that don’t have a single policy on their site. Duffey has been charged with two counts of stalking, one a felony count.

1231: Clarice Schillinger

Assault, Child Endangerment, Stalking/Harassment

Clarice Schillinger is an unsuccessful candidate for Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor and a conservative activist. Until her arrest for assault, she was a leader of a “parental rights” group campaigning against woke ideas such as accurate history and equal rights for everybody. She was arrested for assault, harassment, and providing alcohol to minors.

1226: Brock Fredin

Stalking/Harassment

Fredin has a history of stalking and harassment and had been adjudicated in court as stalking/harassing three separate women. He has three fifty-year restraining orders to protect three women. He’s been accused of rape, though he was not indicted. He’s also been convicted twice of violating restraining orders.

1219: Jeffrey Brienza

Rape, Sexual Harassment, Stalking/Harassment, Voyeurism/Peeping

Jeffrey Brienza was a New York Police Department captain before he was fired after being accused of rape another police officer on his Yankee Stadium detail. She claimed he raped her nearly every day, forcing her to perform oral sex. The officer also alleged that he showed her a peephole he used to spy on the women’s locker room.

1171: Joseph Roberts

Joseph C. Roberts known as “MAGA Joe,” he was a member of the San Francisco Republican Central Committee, a member of The Federalist Society, a board member of Families Advocating for Campus Equality, and a police advocate for Stop Abusive and Violent Environments. Both FACE and SAVE advocate for weakening protections of assault victims. He was the Republican poster child for anti-Title IX college protections when he was suspended after three women made sexual harassment accusations against him. One woman claimed she feared for her life. Betsy DeVos named him as an example when she rolled back Title IX protections.

1168: John Finley

Sexual Harassment, Stalking/Harassment

John Finley was a Fox News executive for twenty years. He produced Fox Nation and was once Sean Hannity’s Executive Producer. He had been accused of sexual harassment back in 2011 and cleared by an internal investigation. He was accused of stalking and sexual harassment again and was put on leave while the investigation was conducted. He was let go after the investigation revealed he had violated company policies.

1157: Kevin Ruditsky

Kevin Ruditsky was a New Jersey police officer. At National Night Out – an event designed to foster good relations between police and the communities they serve – Ruditsky met a sixteen-year-old girl. After the event he began stalking her.
