1477: Joe Evans Carr

Sexual Battery

Joe Evans Carr is the Sullivan County (Tennessee) Commissioner. He was arrested in Asheville, North Carolina after an incident where he allegedly groped a woman who told her boyfriend. A fight ensued and police were called.

He was arrested, charged with sexual battery and drunk and disorderly behavior. He has been released in $2000 bond.

1473: Silas Shelton

Silas Shelton is still listed as the pastor at Blanchester Community Ministries. He is out on $250,000 bail for an array of crimes against children including rape and sexual battery. He was indicted for abusing one child, a member of his congregation, over the course of six years but police expect that there will be other victims as that is common with most sexual predators.

1449: Gregg Hayden

Gregg Hayden is a retired lieutenant at the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office in South Carolina. He was also the School Safety and Security Supervisor for Anderson School District Five. He was appointed to the Anderson County School District One Board in where he served from April to August, 2025, when he resigned after his arrest for criminal sexual conduct with minors. He also resigned from his position at Anderson Five.

1431: Curtis Cochran

The State of North Carolina has charged Cochran with felonious restraint, assault on a female, sexual battery and solicitation to commit prostitution. Cochran is also charged under the Cherokee Code with two counts of oppression in office and one count of abusive sexual contact.

1427: Matt McCullough

Sexual Battery

Matt McCullough ran for the 10th Senate District in Pennsylvania in 2022. He lost the general election, though it didn’t help when voters found out that he was arrested in Nashville for public intoxication. According to the police report, police were called after he “grabbed and squeezed and employee’s breast.”

1419: Antonio Brown

Antonio Brown is a former NFL player who spoke on behalf of Donald Trump for President and attacked Kamala Harris because women are too emotional. He was accused of sexual assault and rape by his former trainer. They reached a settlement but the terms have not been disclosed.

1415: Kurt Schenk

Grooming, Sexual Assault, Sexual Battery

Kurt W. Schenk was a city councilman for Coatesville, Pennsylvania as well as pastor of a local church. A local blogger wrote up a history of his public activities wondering why local media were not covering his arrest for sexually assaulting a woman who is intellectually disabled.
