1425: Russ Casey

Russ Casey was a Justice of the Peace in Tarrant County, Texas. He was running for re-election in the Republican primary when he was discovered to have forged his petition signatures. Ironically, this came to light as his accusations of that exact same thing against his primary opponents were being investigated. He pleaded guilty to voter fraud and was sentenced to probation. This is notable in that he committed voter fraud in the same county as the Black woman Crystal Mason who got ten years.
However, he seems to have skated on the more serious allegations of indecent exposure, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse brought by his former clerk. He apologized to her and that settled it for her.

1382: Erik Sickinger

Erik Sickinger was a councilman in the city of Irmo, South Carolina. He stepped up to serve as mayor pro tem in 2023. In March, 2025, he was accused of grooming and assaulting a 15-year-old boy. Specifically, he was charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, second degree, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a charge of luring, enticing, or attempting to lure or entice children. 1379: Christopher David Burk

Christopher David Burk was a Salt Lake City Fire Department captain, an EMT instructor at a local community college, and worked at a juvenile detention center. He is alleged to have used his role as EMT instructor to touch his students inappropriately in the guise of doing a medical assessment. He is facing 14 counts of forcible sexual abuse and 1 count of attempted forcible sexual abuse. One count of attempted forcible sexual abuse was dismissed.
1378: Ryan D. Jenks

Ryan D. Jenks is the co-owner and co-founder of Brighter Future Health, Inc. in Boise, Idaho. Brighter Future offers mental health services to children, teens, and adults. In 2014, he won the Republican primary for Idaho House District 18, but he lost the general election. He was also active in the Disobey Idaho protests of stay-at-home orders when COVID first appeared.
1360: Eric Stearns
Eric Stearns was a high school choir teacher in St. Helens, Oregon. He was accused of sexual abusing six students from 2015 to the present. He was arrested in November 2024.

1326: Keith Farrell

Keith Farrell was a city council member in Providence, Kentucky, for fourteen years in all. He resigned in March, 2024, after it was disclosed he was under investigation for sexual abuse of a minor under sixteen. In his resignation letter, he claimed it was misinformation making it impossible to stay on the council.
He was arrested in June, 2024, and charged with first degree sexual abuse. A Kentucky State Police trooper confirmed the victim was a juvenile.
1319: Jonathan Elwing

Jonathan Edward Elwing was the pastor of Palm View Baptist Church in Manatee County, Florida for the past five years. He has been serving as pastor in various places since 2003. He has been charged with eighteen felonies related to his possession, distribution, and manufacture of child sexual abuse material. He filmed himself sexually abusing a child under the age of twelve.
