However, when they searched his computer, he ended up with 608 criminal charges including the creation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the sexual abuse of children.

John Kevin Taylor is the former mayor of Coldstream, Kentucky. He and his wife were recently arrested. He was arrested for sexually abusing a girl under the age of twelve and for possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). She was arrested for failure to report him. One of his employees brought Taylor’s work phone to his wife to tell her about the CSAM on his phone. Not only did she not inform the police; she gave the phone back to Taylor.

Matthew Henry Laparra was the Worship Team Director at Trinity Worship Center in Burlington, North Carolina until 2024.

In April 2025, he was arrested for three felony counts of statutory rape and two felony counts of indecent liberties with a child.

Erik Sickinger was a councilman in the city of Irmo, South Carolina. He stepped up to serve as mayor pro tem in 2023. In March, 2025, he was accused of grooming and assaulting a 15-year-old boy. Specifically, he was charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, second degree, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a charge of luring, enticing, or attempting to lure or entice children. James Cowan was the pastor of Little River Community Church in Arkansas. The church no longer exists after Cowan was arrested for raping his children. He pleaded guilty in November, 2024, to three of the twenty-eight counts of rape in a plea deal that allowed his children to not have to testify.
