Cliff C. Maloney, Jr was formerly the president of Young Americans for Liberty, a conservative Libertarian student organization. He is currently an active conservative political strategist and commentator. He has a website where you can see all who welcome him. He does not mention the rape allegations against him.
A woman made a criminal complaint alleging that Maloney drugged her and raped her while they were both in college. When that was alleged other people came forward. The board of Young Americans for Liberty fired him, but as you can see from his website, he faced no consequences in rightwing media.
His trial ended April 5th. The jury found him not guilty on 4 counts and failed to reach a verdict on aggravated indecent assault without consent and sexual assault. The judge will hold a hearing to decide on retrial or dismissal.
