He won the primary and is now in the US House of Representatives. He also has an unsavory history of bullying, abuse, and multiple criminal charges for speeding, underage drinking, disorderly conduct, and driving under the influence.
He had a relationship with Trump press secretary Stephanie Grisham that ended when he allegedly shoved her against a wall and slapped her.
His reputation in his hometown is of a belligerent bully who people feared. He pushed a girl who would not let him touch her intimately out the door so she fell down some stairs. He was arrested for assault for hitting a boy his senior year but pled to disorderly conduct.
