Jack Tomczak has a 24-year history in Republican organizing and communications. With a stint as a conservative radio host and podcaster, he was for a time the communications director for the Minnesota Republican Party. That was when his ex-wife requested a restraining order two years after their divorce, alleging he was harassing and stalking her. TRO were granted in August and December of 2020. He now works for American Citizen Voting in Missouri. This is not a voting rights organization. They are trying to pass laws prohibiting communities from allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections.
His ex-wife said she left him in May 2018. She said he harassed since then, calling, surveilling, and coming to her house. He also did things like call her employer, tell them about her health, and got her fired. He put tracking devices on her car. He has texted her when she has not seen him, telling her she looks good in that color. It unnerves her because she feels watched.
