George Halcovage was a Schuykill County Commissioner who was accused of sexual harassment by four county employees. The harassment includes allegations of sexual assault. They also alleged improper remarks, solicitations for sex, and even showing up at their homes.
The Department of Justice intervened on behalf of the workers, suing the County They reached a settlement when the County agreed to put in place better procedures to protect workers.
