Rep. Dan Crane was an Illinois representative to the U.S. House of Representatives where he had an affair with a 17-year-old girl in the Congressional page program. He ran for re-election and was defeated. Ironically, a year before his actions were revealed he commented that people who have affairs with pages should be punished.
He was censured by the House but was not charged with a criminal offense.
