Andrew Knarr was an aide to Colorado Republican state senator Jim Smallwood until he was fired for mocking sexual harassment and making a homophobic slur. He posted a photo on social media complaining “and they aren’t even gonna show me the proper way to grab a woman’s ass. This is fucking gay.”
Sen. Smallwood fired him immediately, saying he acted unprofessionally.
