Samuel Jason Ingle was the Dean of Spiritual Formation and an athletic coach at Asheville Christian Academy in Asheville, NC. He was arrested in June, 2024, accused of having a sexual relationship with a student.
He was was put on administrative leave by the school. According to reports, the student is eighteen. However, a teacher or coach is in a position of power and trust and abusing that power to pursue a student is a crime.
Although he is registered as an Independent, checking his voting history shows that he always votes the Republican ticket in the primaries.
