Nick Miccarelli was a state representative in Pennsylvania. He was accused by a GOP political consultant of sexually assaulting her. A state representative filed for a restraining order against him, alleging he held a gun to her head and threatened to kill her. Both women asked for no prosecution, not wanting to be in court with him. The DA said continuing the investigation was not in the public interest.
