Republican Judge Donald Thompson was convicted and sentenced to four years in prison for using a penis pump in the courtroom during trials. A court reporter complained that he exposed himself and police found semen stains under the bench which indicates his denials were not true. The jury did not believe him.

What about the cases that he tried in 2001-2003. Don’t they get a retrial? There were statements about that in the beginning and at the end of his case. But can’t find it now. Could you guys help locate it?
