Antonio Capilupi was a high school teacher in Martin County, Florida. He solicited explicit pictures from one of the students at the high school since December 2022. Other students saw the pictures on SnapChat. He was arrested for using a computer to solicit a minor and possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
He was released after posting $1 million bail.

Hope you know, that he was actually setup by his own students who had a bet to see how many teachers they could go through. There was never any evidence that links him to this, everything came back clean for warrants and subpoenas, social media etc. they never even took his device to confirm anything, Big Lawsuit incoming on his end.
Do you have a news source or other information that backs that up. I have searched and searched and cannot find anything in the newspapers, TV or radio sites. Florida is a difficult state to search criminal records as each county has their own system and many charge a lot of money just to search.
There isn’t anything news wise as all the News outlets reported false information prematurely as well as the sheriff’s office, he was arrested even before any warrants came back and everything came back clean. Social media, phone records etc.
Again, do you have anything supporting your claims? I searched for about three hours and found nothing saying that. I did find him listed as being assessed or interviewed pretrial in December 2024 and that he had a court date in March 2025. There was no report about that court date which is not unusual as court dates keep getting put off and put off and put off.
