Donald Fleischman was the Brown County, Iowa, Republican Party Chair when he was charged with felony counts of child enticement and exposing himself to a minor. He offered marijuana and alcohol to two minors, told them they could live with them if they ran away. The complaint alleges that Fleischmann fondled and performed sexual acts on one of the boys. He pled no contest to reduced charges, contributing to delinquency and was sentenced to 23 days in jail.
