Republican Hewart Lee Bennett was a youth minister in West Palm Beach when he was arrested for soliciting a 15-year-old boy. Someone called the police, reporting a suspicious vehicle. He told the deputy he was there to talk to children about being gay, trying to put them on the right path, not to be gay. He said he meets them in gay chat rooms.
