TEXAS- Assault
Magnolia Mayor Matthew “Doc” Dantzer was officially charged with assault of a pregnant person after being arrested, the Tarrant County DA said.
The story was brought to light by ABC13 news when Bryan Emery spoke at the end of March on behalf of his fiancée and victim, Christian Gable, the Magnolia City secretary.
Gable filed a lawsuit against Dantzer and the City of Magnolia. A document filed on April 8 2026 reveals the alleged unwanted sexual comments Dantzer made to Gable, which eventually led to the alleged assault.
The lawsuit states Gable began working for the city’s government in 2021 after Dantzer, her neighbor, offered her a job.
In the lawsuit, Gable claimed her family was long-time neighbors and friends of the mayor, adding that he occasionally made inappropriate sexual jokes and comments to her in the past, but that when she began working under him, Dantzer’s unprofessional behavior “quickly escalated.”
The lawsuit states that Gable would frequently take her lunch at home, and when Dantzer caught on to her routine, he began showing up uninvited at her home. Gable said she had to change her lunch habits to avoid Dantzer.
The continued verbal harassment from Dantzer led up to him assaulting her while they were in Fort Worth for the Texas Municipal League’s Annual Conference in October 2025, according to the lawsuit.
Gable, who was five months pregnant at the time, claimed Dantzer walked her to her hotel room after dinner. The lawsuit alleges that Dantzer attempted to pull down her pants as they were walking down the street and that he continued to make sexual remarks.
According to an indictment out of Tarrant County obtained by Eyewitness News, Dantzer’s alleged actions were described as placing the palm of his hand around Gable’s neck and pushing her against a wall while knowing she was pregnant. It also states that Dantzer grabbed her by the throat and pushed her up against a wall.

Proceedings will begin July 24th 2026. Dantzer is currently at home out on bail with his wife and dog.

Magnolia, in Montgomery County, is generally a very Republican / conservative-leaning area.
In the 2024 presidential election, the multi-count felon and all-wives adulterer Donald Trump won Montgomery County with about 72% of the vote! Jesus would just love to hear that, wouldn’t he?
The likelihood of Dantzer batting for the Democrats as mayor of Trumped up Magnolia is slim to none. E. Jean Carroll needs to stop to visit and spend some of her 5 mill from the sex assault suit dropping on Texas’s main man big T.
Here is a receipt we found in Dantzer’s campaign finance report to help show who this guy is batting for. The mayor sure has a nice hook-up for his merch, keeping the cash in the family.
We dug up his voter record- the guy who picked a fucking fat and disgusting felon over a prosecutor then expects “law and order”.
Texas Rangers better keep an eye out for this borderline creep teetering towards sex predator territory, who claims on his city profile that he “goes to church”. To some that read the shit on this blog that is actually more of a warning sign than a virtue.
Dantzer was using his power of authority as mayor to get a side-piece of ass, plain and simple. Like Ken Paxton, adultery by a supposed Christian is totally not an issue for the “man of faith” in the mainstream GOP, it almost appears like a flex.
“Family values” on the flip side to the GOP elite means you have a mistress or two, engage in shady dealings, pocket income from ill-gotten gains, while frequently indulging in top-shelf liquors to make the charade feel ok.
