OHIO- Sexual Battery of a Minor
We continue today with conservative predator number 1,554 as we report on a disturbing 9 felony count case of sexual battery of a minor.
Cleveland 19 reports a former soccer coach for the Northwestern Local School District and a club team, was arrested in May of 2026 on nine criminal counts of sexual battery involving a minor.
Timothy Boggs, 51, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Wayne County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday and his bond was set at $100,000.
Police said the alleged sexual assaults started when the victim was 16 and happened approximately nine times between October 2024 through April 2025.
To add to his troubles, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office also listed an “ICE detainer” under his charges, likely a recruitment flag.
Boggs was also a former West Salem council member along with being a Northwestern High School coach.
VILLAGE COUNCIL
Boggs had an active seat at the West Salem Village Council during the time of the violations. We found validation of this after reviewing minutes from a previous meeting in Feb. 2025
