Justin Russell Barron was a firefighter in Lewisburg, Tennessee. In September, 2021, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, received a complaint that he sexually assaulted a child. The assault was alleged to have happened in 2020. On August 23, 2023, the evidence was presented to a grand jury and Barron was indicted on one count of Aggravated Sexual Battery and one count of Rape of a Child.
Alexander Kenoyer was a police detective in Cripple Creek, Colorado. He was accused of coercing a sex trafficking victim to have sex with him. In a sane world, this would be called rape.
Scott D. Owen was a therapist in Salt Lake City. Mormon church leaders often referred gay church members to him for counseling within the practice of the church. That used to include conversion therapy but now urges celibacy, the kinder, gentler homophobia. A man referred to him in 2015 said that as part of therapy he would tell him to undress and touch him. He said the touching was part of the therapy.
Amanda Buchanan Justice was a youth pastor at New Life Family Worship Center in King’s Mountain, NC where he husband is pastor. She has been arrested for the sexual assault of a minor.
She was also a youth minister at No Compromise Youth Ministry.
She was released on bail
Jeff Thomas was the Republican District Attorney in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. He was found guilty of strangulation during sexual violence, criminal trespass, unlawful restraint, indecent assault (lack of consent), false imprisonment, and simple assault. He went to her house despite her negative response to his request to let him come over and to send dirty pictures. He showed up and she claims he sexually assaulted her, striking her and strangling her.
Ryan Kissell was a special education teacher and football coach at Nodaway Valley Community School District in Greenfield, Iowa. He lived in Creston, 22 miles south. He had also taught there and at two other schools in the area.
He was arrested August 16, 2023, and charged with 21 counts of second-degree sexual abuse, 24 counts of lascivious acts with a child, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The most recent alleged incident was July 5th.
Raymond Uttaro worked for Nelson County Sheriff’s Office in Virginia as a jailer and a D.A.R.E. officer. D.A.R.E is a program that works with children to teach them strategies for resisting bad choices regarding drugs, gangs, and other violence. Scott Saunders, Jr. was the mayor of Smithville, Texas. He was arrested in June 2021 and charged with two counts of sexual assault of a minor and one count of indecency with a child. In July 2023, he pled guilty, though the judge declared he was not guilty of one of the sexual assault charges.
Jamie Flanery, an Arkansas youth pastor, is accused of sexually assaulting a fifteen-year-old girl in 2012. The first time was when she at his house with her fellow students. The second, and more serious, happened when she was driving and he texted her to pull over. He got in her car and sexually assaulted her, she claims. He was charged with First Degree Sexual Assault.
Christopher Fourcade was Director of Children’s Ministries at at First Christian Church in Norman, Oklahoma. He also was a foster care advocate and fostered several children. He was also Service Delivery Chair at the Fostering Futures Organization. He was Secret Santa.
