721: Joey Hensley

Joey Hensley is a Tennessee state senator. He is also a doctor who was put on professional probation in 2020 for three years because he prescribed opioids to family members. Doctors must not provide medical attention or drugs to family or to romantic partners.

One of the people he prescribed opioids for was not only his second cousin and employee, but she was also his lover. This amounted to an abuse of power and officially improper prescribing. If she needed him to prescribe or needed the job, did she have free agency?
