Todd Roatsey was a Trump twitter advocate was honored, ironically, at the Obama White House when he was named West Virginia School Counselor of the Year in 2016. That school counselor of the year posed as an 18-year-old in chats with two girls who were 10 and 11 years old. One of them was a student at the school where he worked. He persuaded to send him videos of them masturbating. He sent videos of himself to them. In addition, two adult women claimed they were assaulted by him when they were minors.
He initially claimed the child exploitation material was uploaded by vacation renters of his home, however the details mentioned in the ABC7 report below show how that is impossible. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 25 years.
