Frank Sapareto was a state legislator in New Hampshire. He lost re-election in 2018 after being sued for hitting the producer of a porn video he played a role in. He was not voted out after convicted of assaulting his ex-girlfriend’s son and daughter. He claimed he was just protecting her from her angry son, but he did plead guilty to all three counts of misdemeanor assault. The others told police that Sapareto forced his way into their home and was the aggressor.
He was upset the prosecutor asked he spend at least three days in jail and would like all assault cases that do not end in injury to be violations only, like getting a traffic ticket.
He also participating in a porn film as an actor. He was dissatisfied with the product and allegedly attacked the producer.
