Paul Marciano is the co-founder of GUESS, the clothing company. He is also a generous Republican donor, giving $25,000 to the Trump Victory PAC in 2016. He was also forced out of the company due to sexual harassment allegations. The company spent $500,000 on settling sexual harassment complaints against him.
There was an investigation that said conclusions could not be released because people refused to be interviewed or that both sides sounded credible. Their conclusions was that Marciano had poor judgment that resulted in plausible allegations of misconduct.
Marciano sued Lisa Bloom, the attorney for the women, claiming she was doing a shakedown. His suit was dismissed in September 2022.
