10: Edison Misla Aldarondo

Edison Misla Aldarondo was the Republican Speaker of the House in Puerto Rico. He had been indicted for extortion and money laundering and was out on bail when he was accused of drugging his step-daughter and her friend who was staying over and then raping the friend. He was also accused of raping his stepdaughter over a period of eight years. He pleaded to lesser charges and got 13 years. He was also convicted on the extorion and money laundering charges and got 22 years. He was paroled after 12 years.
