Scott Baio is a former actor. Chachi of Happy Days. His most recent iteration is as a Republican activist and Trump supporter. He is also alleged to have sexual assaulted a minor. Actress Nicole Eggert claims that Scott Baio began to sexually harass and assault her on the set of their show Charles In Charge when she was fourteen years old. Baio is eleven years older than her.
Unfortunately, the statute of limitations expired so he was not charged.
In the United States, about one-third of child-sexual-abuse survivors come forward before they are adults. Another third come forward when they are a median age of 52. The rest never come forward.
