179: Francisco Cortes

Francisco Cortes was a vice-president at FOX News Latino and had worked at FOX since 2003. Tamara Holder filed a sexual harassment claim against him alleging he exposed himself and attempted to force her into performing oral sex in 2015. FOX settled with her along with other women who had made complaints about other FOX employees. Cortes was terminated after an internal investigation.

After the New York Times reported that FOX had reached a settlement with Holder that contained a joint statement from FOX and Holder that they had settled and investigated and taken action. Cortes sued FOX for $48 million, claiming they breached a confidentiality agreement. He said the article cost him jobs and they had agreed to confidentiality. He lost the suit.
