A former Denton County Constable, Larry Dale Floyd was charged with soliciting sex with a minor child and child pornography. He pleaded guilty to three charges of enticing a minor in an agreement that dropped an additional six charges against him.
He was a constable when he drove to Colorado to meet with a mother whom he had solicited to arrange sex with her daughter. In one email, he wrote that “he had no limits, the nastier the better. I am for real. I taught other girls ages 4 and 6 to do the same thing.” The mother, though, was an undercover police officer.
He pleaded guilty in Colorado and then was sent to Texas to face child pornography charges that were filed after his home was searched after his Colorado arrest.
