Andrew Taake is an insurrectionist. He was charged with pepper spraying and whipping Capitol Police officers. He was sentenced to six years in prison in 2023. Trump pardoned him in January 2025.
However, he faces state charges in Texas for soliciting a minor. In 2016, he was accused of soliciting someone he knew to be under 17 and arranging to meet with them for a sexual encounter. He was 27. The case was still pending and he was out on bail when he went to DC to overthrow the government.
