Kasey Von Owen Hopkins is an insurrectionist who was pardoned by Trump. He also wanted to join the Proud Boys white nationalist extremist group whose leaders were convicted of conspiring against the government and then pardoned.
Due to a felony conviction for rape, he thought he couldn’t join the Proud Boys and thought about forming a group called “Proud Felons for Trump.”
In 2002, he was convicted in St. Louis, Missouri, for rape and sodomy after beating a woman, raping her, and urinating in her mouth. While on probation, he also had several other felonies including assaulting an officer and possession.
