Charles Kyote Dunn was the City Manager in Waurika, Oklahoma. He was also a reserve police officer. He was charged with creating and possessing child sexual abuse material by clandestinely recording children in his home. He was reported by a foreign exchange student who found secreted recording equipment in his bedroom and bathroom.
According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, agents found electronic devices containing several child sexual abuse images. His trial is scheduled for September 2025.
