Why is he able to dodge sentencing for close to 2 years?
There is a sentencing hearing for today, Oct 24. If he pleads guilty as expected…otherwise his trial begins on November 18th.
I’m so so confused and frustrated with this guy (he lives within “spitting distance to me” and on a school bus line 🤷♀️ He is a scary man).
He had at least a dozen “sentencing hearings” and each month it keeps getting pushed off to the next month.
There’s been “criminal motion hearings”, sentencing pleas, trial confirmations, etc., each month – something different – to string this out.
I just do not get-it.
