Dillon Colby Herrington is one of the January 6th insurrectionists. He has pleaded guilty to “assaulting, interfering, or resisting someone performing their official duties.” He was the one throwing wood at police officers. He was sentenced to 37 months in prison and 36 months supervised release for his involvement in the attempted coup.
He was recently indicted for the rape of a woman “who was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.”
