Joshua Grover is a former detective for the Rockford, Illinois, Police department. In 2021, he was arrested by the Department of Homeland Security for possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM.) The victim was under thirteen.
He pleaded guilty in 2022. He was sentenced to six months in prison, less two days served, and four years probation.
