Thomas Gilman Hartman is the founder of Wings of Peace Ministry Northwest Arkansas, a transitional living facility that provides a Christianity-based treatment program for addiction. A man who was in the program accused Hartman of sexually assaulting him. Hartman gave the man gifts, let him live in his home, and offered material support. However, the man also alleges Hartman extorted him through the threat of reporting him to his probation officer and getting his probation revoked.
According to 4029 News, “The man said Hartman played mind games and manipulated him into sex because Hartman knew the man didn’t have anywhere else to go. He said he felt trapped because he was on probation. He said he was afraid Hartman could call the bail bondsman and have his bond revoked.”

I would like a call back or email regarding Thomas Gilman Hartman based on being a victim of his in 1996-97. I was the JK victim and feel stalked and preyed upon by seeing him a couple of times here in Wisconsin. I’ve lived a battered and disabled life in fear and paranoia based on my victimization. I want to know what we’re the results and sm I safe as I believe him to be a predator of killing my brother with evidence at the same time as molesting/raping/assaulting me and caught in the lenses of a phone taking the last photo of my dad’s murder with evidence found on an old phone of mine. I want to know whether I am safe and what justice was carried out, and am willing to speak or here from anyone regarding murdering my brother and accessory of murder to my dad. I feel nervous and insecure. Please get back to me regarding his current status.
