Thomas James Brackett was a youth pastor at Tabernacle Christian Church in Baltimore County, Maryland, back in the Eighties. That is when he is alleged to have sexually abused two minors in his pastoral care. They were eight and ten at the time. He was twenty-one or twenty-two.
When he was arrested in October, 2022, he was the pastor of Holy Trinity Pentecostal Church in Georgetown County, South Carolina, where he was held until extradited to Maryland where he was released on recognizance.
