MASSECHUSETTS- Child Sex Abuse Material (CSAM)
According to International Business Times in the UK, Daniel Tocci, a 31-year-old Amherst, Massachusetts man pardoned by President Donald Trump for his role in the 6 January 2021 Capitol riot, has been sentenced to four years in federal prison after FBI agents found more than 110,000 images and videos of child sexual abuse material on his devices while investigating his part in the attack.
The story continues- In November 2023, the FBI executed search warrants at Tocci’s apartment and on his electronic devices. They were looking for evidence connected to the 6 January attack. What they found went far beyond the riot.
The unsettling part of this investigation is the fact that the victims were as young as three years old, and some of the files depicted sadistic conduct and the sexual exploitation of toddlers. Court records also revealed Google searches related to child sexual abuse on Tocci’s devices, including queries about ‘countries with legal prostitution under 18.’
The sex predator’s attorney stated in a July 2025 court filing “’the case against Mr Tocci must be dismissed because the entirety of the evidence stems from a warrant that, according to President Trump, should never have issued’ ”

COURT DOCUMENTS
Before the trial began, a grand jury found the Republican violated child sex laws.
The case was heard by U.S. District Court Judge Mark G. Mastroianni. The court case number is 3:24-cr-30061. Daniel Tocci was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney David G. Tobin of the Major Crimes Unit. The case was handled by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. Mr Tocci resides in Amherst, within Hampshire County, Massachusetts.

Mr. Tocci was sentenced to 4 years for possession of child pornography.
POLITICAL AFFILIATION
We can not get voter records online in the state of Massachusetts for Mr. Tocci. Under the state election laws and the Massachusetts Public Records Law, most voter and election records are public and can be requested from local election offices.
Fortunately for the sake of this post, there is a circulated photo the public can view to connect Mr. Tocci’s attendance to the Jan. 6th MAGA insurrection, proving sex predator #1,546 is absolutely a Republican who was pardoned by President Trump. These two characters have something in common. It is too easy to notice these continuous crimes against fucking children go unrecognized by the perpetrator’s peers and leaders, therefore keeps propagating.
As we view this image of Mr. Tocci from his Linkedin profile, one can only assume this unchecked behavior is A-OK for the people who claim “family values and faith” are their strengths, while demonstrating the opposite and disparage people with alternate sex lifestyles who do not engage in sexual shit with children.
