Maryland- Producing Child Sexual Abuse Material
Michael Joseph Pusateri, 59, of Baltimore County in Towson, MD was arrested on rape, assault, sex abuse of a minor and soliciting child pornography charges, county police said.
According to WBAL in Baltimore, police said Pusateri has a role as a Parkville Recreation Council softball coach, as well as a volunteer assistant coach at Kenwood High School. A girl reported to police allegations of inappropriate interactions and sexual abuse by her softball coach on multiple occasions, including in one instance in July while at Eastern Regional Park in Middle River.
WBAL also reports police said investigators found photos of the victim on Pusateri’s phone, and that he allegedly texted 37 images of his genitals to the victim over a six-week period. Detectives believe the alleged grooming goes back to March. The investigation indicates there were five sexual interactions, while Pusateri’s attorney said they met up once.

COURT DOCUMENT
This case got picked up in federal court by Kelly O. Hayes, U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland and shown to a grand jury. Mr. Pusateri faces a steep slope because this case is part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Ms. Hayes stated that Pusateri faces several charges
- production of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- coercion and enticement
- receipt of CSAM
- possession of CSAM

Well, you guessed it, one of those pseudo “family values” guys we keep seeing in the court rooms because they are predators against young nubile females.
It is no surprise a president with a background of sexual assault, sex with porn stars, adultery, and alleged sex with minors was elected with the help of people like Mr. Pusateri who could care less if people are sexually violated against US law. The new standard, thanks to Mike Johnson and our current crop of leaders in 2026 Washington, is that this behavior is fine and dandy, and a possible reason for the trend in illegal sexual activities by prominent Republican figures.
Us normal citizens of this country expect Attorney General Todd Blanche to dismiss this case due to the defendant’s loyalty to the President and the GOP. We have experienced this time and time again.
Living in America doesn’t give a conservative man with a dick the freedom to have sex with whoever he desires.
